Chemu Langat joined Best Buy Health in 2021 as VP of Quality and Regulatory. Previously, she served as the Regional Head of Medtronic LABS, where she was responsible for driving growth, operational excellence and impact across Africa. As a Medtronic LABS veteran, she wore many hats, including driving the development and commercialization of Empower Health. Previously, she served as Principle Biomedical Engineer at Medtronic and as a Safety and Reliability Engineer at NASA.

Chemu’s passion is driving sustainable social impact through technological and business model innovation.

Chemu holds a B.A. from Hampshire College, a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Business.
