Blakeley Lowry, MPH
Blakeley has provided her invaluable evaluation consultation services to TIP Global Health pro bono since 2010. Her innovative approach to project design and stakeholder engagement has built the foundation of our successful Continuous Quality Improvement programming.
Blakeley is a global public health professional and maternal health advocate. She currently serves as Curriculum Chair and Professor at Westchester Community College’s School of Health Careers, Technology and Applied Learning. As the founder of Changing Winds Consulting, she works with community-based maternal health organizations to advocate for improvements in maternal health care policy.
She has worked at leading organizations such as HealthRight International, Gay Men’s Health Crisis and The Legal Aid Society and has provided program evaluation consulting services to Girls Inc Westchester County and social impact organizations working in Uganda, Kenya and Burundi. She holds a Masters of Public Health from New York University.
